Quality Improvement Solutions for Sustained Epidemic Control Project (QISSEC) with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF)
The QISSEC Project provides technical expertise and management for S+D and MH/GAC networks, as well as the QI lead for all of the Networks, “infusing” QI into each Network and selectively working with sites on their QI activities and guiding QI coaching by others, as needed based on assessment.
The two networks will be managed by SHIP and QI coaching is provided by a full-time QI Specialist who is also a nurse-clinician with a background in mental health and S+D work. The QI Specialist will ensure the connection between the subject matter content and the improvement interventions in the Networks.
